Susan has been teaching Pilates for 12 years. She graduated with a degree in dance from NIU while competing gymnastics. She coached Olympic level gymnasts for 18 yrs. She also understands specific needs of the individual as she has worked with different body types and has worked to strengthen weak or injured areas.
Susan has been dancing professionally for the past 20 yrs. She incorporates technique with lifestyle goals as she is also an actress, mother and athlete. She understands the need for personalization and centeredness. She works to create a safe, warm environment so that individuals can focus on becoming the best they can be.
